This bonbon is crafted to honor Jael’s path in chocolate - sourced with integrity and crafted with care. This rich, classic dark chocolate ganache features cacao from Cacao Bisiesto in Nicaragua, with whom French Broad Chocolates has maintained a relationship for over a decade.

The sweetness of our gooey peanut caramel is tempered with sea salt and balanced bitterness offered from Citra hop-forward Surfwax IPA, crafted by beloved local brewery, Burial Beer Co.
Chai Milk Chocolate
This milky, sweet and spiced ganache features Chai from Spicewalla, the spice company founded by Chai Pani founders, Molly and Meherwan Irani. Their chai is inspired by Indian street flavors, and favors a profile of ginger and cardamom.
