Here in Western North Carolina, Spring arrives a little bit earlier than in some parts. We've been thoroughly enjoying hikes through the Smokies hunting for spring ephemerals while friends and family up in New York and Maine share photos of their kiddos playing in the snow!
Regardless of where you hang your hat, Spring brings with it growth and inspiration. This year, we're celebrating by introducing The Spring Collection - six brand new Truffles and Caramels: Coconut Cream, Marshmallow, Peanut Butter & Jelly, Blood Orange Caramel, Lavender & Honey and Meyer Lemon.
Inspired by the new life that this season brings, these handcrafted confections pay homage to our favorite Springtime treats. In keeping with our theme of growth and inspiration, our confections team has accented each with a swirl of organic, naturally colored cocoa butter to make them extra beautiful while keeping in line with our commitment to using only wholesome ingredients thoughtfully sourced for their integrity.
One of our favorite parts of our work is sharing the chocolate we make with our friends all over the world. We're so excited about the Spring Collection that we've decided to send a 12 Piece Box to one of our friends.

Thankful for this year, it has been six and half years since I had Breast Cancer, My daughter nine and a half for her, two for my nephew, Spring is a wonder time for my family together to and share a meal that we have cooked with love and surprises , hoping we make a meal that would out do the last years, made with love and surprises. Iris and Peonies, and don’t forget Roses! Their beauty is as good as the food.
My daughter was born the day before our wedding anniversary, so spring brings extra celebrations in mid April????
My favorite part of Spring time is waking up early in the morning and going outside with my cup of coffee. And watching everything waking up. From see the calves playing in the field and hearing the birds start singing their songs. Watching the flowers starting to bloom and watching the sunrise.
My favorite thing about spring is that the weather is still cool but the sun is shining!
oh how I love the way you respresent Asheville. I am a native and am.always finding ways to talk about how much I miss and love my home town. you guys are always a “have to see” place when I am telling others about Asheville. Spring is beautiful when all the flowers are in bloom and all the lovers are out taking strolls. all the new babies with wide eyes learning about the world around them. watching kids search for colored eggs to fill up on yummy treats. spring is a season if joy and hope.
