Maple
Amber maple syrup from our old buddy Allen West’s sugarbush in Amery, Wisconsin; mall-batch butter made for us by Homestead Creamery in Wirtz, Virginia. Combined with a blend of dark and milk chocolates, the sublimely smooth ganache center is then covered with milk chocolate and crystals of red alderwood-smoked sea salt. It’s like Sunday breakfast, embodied in a truffle!
