Hazelnut

Gianduja (john-DO-ya) is the Italian name for sweet chocolate combined with hazelnut paste. In ours, you will find the Foulke family’s Willamette Valley, Oregon filberts in two forms: smooth roasted hazelnut butter, and caramelized & course-ground. We table the mixture with 38% cacao milk chocolate, then dip squares in 65% dark. (w/ hazelnut crunch)

We encourage you to taste in at least two bites. Notice as your first impression gives way to a more complete picture. Close your eyes and inhale deeply. Coat your whole mouth with chocolate, and exhale through your nose to fully release the aromatics. Some of the flavors unfold in layers, with the finish lasting long after you’ve taken a bite.
