Warm Weather Shipping Rates in Effect

The warm weather means all orders ship in insulated coolers with ice packs. We offer flat rate discount shipping in the contiguous United States:

• $9.99 contig. US

Shipping Policies

We craft and ship nearly all orders same day. That means your truffles are lovingly packed and taken to the post office on the day they are made – with just a couple of exceptions.

• Orders placed after Thursday will ship the following Monday (so your truffles do not sit in a warehouse over the weekend).
• Some large orders may require a brief hold while we craft any additional truffles needed to complete the order. Our staff will contact you if your order is delayed for any reason.
• Please note then that even though we use priority shipping, your order may not arrive in 2-3 days. It will arrive in 2-3 days after we take it to the post office. Please contact us of your truffles need to arrive by a certain date.

Seasonal Shipping

We ship year round regardless of ambient temperatures. In the warm months we pack your truffles in mini coolers along with ice packs to help ensure safe and melt free travel.

Gifts & Shipping to Multiple Destinations

Truffles make excellent gifts and we’re glad to help you say thanks… thinking of you… job well done… Happy Birthday, or even Happy New Year. We’ll include your custom gift note and all of our truffles and gourmet confections are also sent in our beautiful craft-paper and boxes tied with a ribbon.

We are also glad to ship to multiple destinations. You’ll need to complete a separate order for each recipient – and each destination will have it’s own shipping charges. We’ve made the process as simple as we can with our customer account feature; as you complete your first order, enter a user name and password and for each subsequent order you’ll save a little time entering your information.
