an Aztec term meaning ‘bitter water,’ our newest chocolate drink looks back to chocolate’s early culinary origins in a drink fabled for its ability to sustain a man walking all day without other sustenance. Houseroasted and ground cacao, local cornmeal, whole almonds, raw sugar, organic chile & spices, and water, blended frothy and served steaming hot.
oaxaca: a contemporary Mexican version made sweeter, with organic almonds, cinnamon & milk. ask for a sprinkle of ground guajillo chile, if you dare.

Our signature dark chocolate brownie is topped with a layer of coconut macaroon and baked until golden brown. The macaroon acts as a thermal barrier in the bake, which gives the underlying brownie a fudgy crumb contrasted by sweet and crunchy coconut topping.
