We use grass-fed dairy and absolutely ZERO corn syrup, and our chocolate caramels include top notch local ingredients made here in Asheville, NC. Half of our chocolate caramels are made with locally harvested Haw Creek wildflower honey, while others infuse local Mountain Farm lavender, local Doubletree Farm grown and processed molasses, locally brewed dark porter beer, or Knob Creek small batch Kentucky bourbon.
